Food and wine pairing
The wine is perfect
for an aperitif, but it can be easily drunk all along a meal. Very nice match
with pizza, too.
A very special wine. Body is weak and alcohol degree quite low (compared
to the regional products) but this wine is a fresh, tasty, gourmand explosion
of cherries and raspberries. For some aspects it reminds me of a rosé wine,
without the acidity and with the addition of a charming colour.
Very little inconvenient: don’t try to search for it on the official
website because it doesn’t exist.
To resume, this wine is a very nice discovery. And the quality/price
balance really interesting.
